Review: We signed a contract on 11-7-2012 to have our roof done, under an insurance claim through [redacted]. We have yet to hear from this company. We either want our roof done or give us our money back, in full, to have it done by a reputable company who wants to do the job. When I actually talked to the contractor, "possibly Monday" was his response, which was over 3 weeks ago...that answer doesn't really suffice. He also had stated he didn't realize his license expired. ??? The third time I actually talked to him he stated they are "still doing a job in Piitsburgh." Now I'm really confused because his excuse first was weather, then it was the license, then the third time it was another job. It's going on 6 months ... still waiting for a call. I am the one who usually contacts this person but this is crazy. Fix our roof, that's what we paid for, or we want our money back.Desired Settlement: We want our roof done or a refund of what we paid.
