Upon coming home late Friday night, I noticed our upstair AC had stopped workingI called AC By Jay early next morning just planned to leave a message for an earliest appointment possible after the weekendI was surprised to be offered an appointment at AM the same day! Tim, the service tech, fixed the problem almost right awayHe also took time to explain to us the nature and the cause of the problem in a language we understood AC By Jay installed my two units almost years agoI have been doing business with them ever sinceThey have always been professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and on timeThey are the company to keep
Thanks to AC by J for fitting us into their schedule and fixing our air conditioning unit the next day We had a lot of people coming over for Easter dinner in a couple of days and we thought that we would have to cancel since it would be hot for everyone The technician Juan was very professional and worked on the unit until it was fixed He explained everything to us and asked if we had any questions We would definitely recommend them to others They are the best

As always Richard did a great job with the spring tuneup of our geothermal system He arrived on time and was very quick and efficient as he completed the tuneup We have thoroughly enjoyed our geothermal unit and AC by J's service has been a big part of that Hard to go wrong with AC by J and Richard!
