after posting comments on Facebook a representative contacted me and after much discussion and a few delays we were able to come to a satisfactory agreement. would of much preferred this resolution would of happened without all the hassle but at least it was resolved. they do offer fine products for sale too bad their customer skills are lacking. as I stated before there are many furniture outlets in the Sacramento area and I for one will be using someone else for my next purchases.

Review: We purchased a Sofa from D&L Furniture on January 30, 2015 the furniture has now deteriorated and broken down causing pain to use and on sit on the furniture. This is an health and welfare issue.

I contacted D&L Furniture on January 25, 2016 and spoke with the store manager, [redacted] who stated the he would contact the Manufacture and the someone would come out to look at the furniture for a replacement. The furniture sofa is under warranty. Its now has been more than a week and no one from D&L furniture or the Manufacture has contacted us. Manufacture name was never disclosed.

We feel I am now getting the run a round. D&L Furniture is not honoring it Warranty agreement.Desired Settlement: A new and full replacement Sofa.

Customer called to report the sofa problem on Jan. 25, 2016 and we asked to send few pictures to summit for the process under warranty manufacture guideline which he did. After we received the pictures we told customer it takes time for the replacement because customer bought the sofa almost a year in Jan. 18, 2015.Finally we did it Problem Solve. Customer came to the store pick the new one for the replacement on Feb. 9, 2016.Respectfully,[redacted] (Store Manager)
