Spring 2010 this company installed some windows during a remodeling project. There was a history of water intrusion so the entire area was built anew. We noticed water intrusion in late Winter 2012-3 and notified the contractor. He referred us to the glass company. They sent a worker and gave us a bid to repair it. We sought a second bid and that company did the repair for 30% less. They remarked that there was a significant lack of sealant material evident.
