*** *** purchased bundles (packets of 4oz) human hair extensions for weaving from us on May ***, She used the hair to have her stylist construct a wig fall unit using all bundles (16oz)After wearing the hair for over two months, in August *** *** called us complaining of
tanglingAlthough our return policy clearly states days for RETURN/ EXCHANGE ONLY and this was over months later, we still extended our customer service and asked *** *** to come in so we can inspect the hairShe came into our store in August and upon inspection we found no issues with the hair quality and we told this to *** ***We also advised *** *** that her stylist used too much hair extension in the wig unit by using all bundlesThis compact installation of the hair wefts does not allow for her to properly comb or maintain the hairThe head is 6-oz (bundles)A very full head is 10-12oz (bundles)bu ndles (16oz of hair) is excessive and can cause tangling if the customer is unable to properly comb the under layer wefts of the hairsHair that is not properly maintained will tangleIt is hairIt is real human virgin hair so it will react the same way any hair on someone's head would react to not being combed or maintained thoroughlyThe hair does not take care of itself which is what *** *** seems to expect. After the review of her hair, as a courtesy we offered her a wash and style and one complimentary bundle of hair for future useThe issue however, is not the hair quality or authenticity but it's the construction of her wig by her stylist which is not our responsibility.True Indian Hair has been selling great quality virgin hair for ten years and this is our first complaint with Revdex.comIf our hair was inferior, we would have many complaintsHair extension is tangible and requires proper maintenance to keep it in great standing
