D&L Mobile Repair was contacted to repair several issues with my 2008 Keystone Hornet which was covered under a service agreement I added to the purchase of my RV. The owner, [redacted], replaced a slide out pump solenoid, and a bathroom faucet. He and his son(a trainee)replaced a toilet seal. Then after they removed the entire shower unit, we realized he had ordered the wrong part. They reinstalled the old shower pan only to be called back immediately because the shower was now flooding the bathroom floor. They had not reinstalled the seal correctly. When he tried to reorder the correct shower pan he was advised the part was no longer available. He said the company refused to take back the part and issue a refund. Shortly after they replaced the toilet seal, we noticed an odor and wetness behind the toilet. I called him back again. He came out and removed the toilet from the rv and checked it outside. When he reinstalled it he said the leak was coming from a crack at the bolt in the base. Water was now pouring out from the side when flushed. He said this was a new issue and it would cost $163 for the part. I told him there was no leak until they started working on it. He claimed that someone must have sat down too hard or we must have cracked it somehow. I took a video of the leak and showed it to a repair tech at Camping World who said it looked like a crack from overtightening the bolt. It cost less to replace the entire toilet so I purchased one for $153.00 and informed Mr [redacted]. He said he would install it. Upon installation, they neglected to remove the water and again soaked my bathroom. When I gave him the receipt for the toilet, he refused to reimburse me. I contacted the warranty company and was advised that Mr [redacted] had submitted the signed estimate as a final invoice for work completed and received full payment of $978.91. He received $492.90 for labor/parts for a shower that was not repaired and a toilet that was damaged by his company.
