D & L Pest Control

I have been contracted with D&L Pest Control (formerly Deprow) for nearly 10 years for termite inspection and pest control. I was told recently that my CONTRACTED annual fee was going to go up from $75/year for inspection to $225/year, and that I would ALSO need to pay the company approximately $800 or my contract would be terminated and I would not receive my contracted LIFETIME inspections. The owner of the company was rude and told me he does need my business, that they expect that people are going to be angry and that essentially he does not care. I understand that inflation happens and prices need to go up, but increasing fees by 300% and demanding an outrageous amount of extra money for something that was contracted is ridiculous. The ethics of this business owner are questionable at best. If you value good customer service, do yourself a favor and do NOT use this company.
