Review: D. L. [redacted] Construction ([redacted]) has failed to repair numerous structural issues that have resulted from a stucco job to my home that was performed earlier this year that came with a signed 15 year guarantee of workmanship. There are numerous cracks in the walls, water intrusion causing damage to the inside of my home. Visits have been made, but the issues have never been fixed. Follow ups have not been made to make sure insure resolution of problems. The latest issue experienced is now the most costly. There is water intrusion caused by the workmanship that has damaged an inside wall and my fireplace. [redacted] made a visit to my home just before Thanksgiving. This is the result of the method used to stucco around guttering and the stucco job around my fireplace and incorrect treatment of the chimney that is enabling water to get behind the stucco and make everything it reaches rot. [redacted] looked at the damage and indicated he would repair it. He has not been back since, nor has he contacted me. In the meantime, the water intrusion has caused severe damage to my fireplace, my inside wall and still no site of anyone to make the repair for a faulty job. Dirk's services were provided via reference from Pittman Concrete. Due to the lack of reliability of the the performance of D. L. [redacted] Construction and stucco subcontractor for poor workmanship, I am forced to hire three different reputable companies to fix the house, the inside wall and the fireplace to keep a wall from disintegrating, the inside from being contaminated by toxic mold and the fireplace from coming down. Since all D. L [redacted] Construction work is guaranteed and they have failed to address poor workmanship brought to their attention with no further acknowledgement or appearance since this serious structural issue and home health issue appeared that needed to be addressed immediately, I expect them to pay the bills I must now incur to repair all the damages created.Desired Settlement: Since all D.
