The customer had an accident and slid onto a large rock which incapacitated her car. Her car slid forward onto the rock and lifted the front of the car off the ground. further damage. The customer does not understand that there was prior damage that could not be seen until the car was removed from the rock. The driver did offer to tow her car to a body shop as he said there could be more damage under the car. All of the damage was due to the accident involving the rock.We can not assume any responsibility for damage as this was an accident that the customer was in. I tried to talk to her on the phone that night and was yelling so much and so loud, that I told my driver to just drop her car and not charge her as we were very busy and the driver did not have to listen to her abuse.
