We had purchased 7 acres in Economy Boro.I had hired this contractor to put a road in for me. He worked for three (3) weeks and was paid on time every week. He left my job to go do another job and said he would be back. He never came back. Last month my husband and I started noticing the road was falling in. We contacted [redacted] (Owner) and he said that he didnt have an answer for us. Three (3) weeks have gone by and the road sunk to the point that you cannot drive to my house. I had another excavator look at the road, and he said the road was not constructed properly.
