Would suggest looking over all options before deciding to rent a property from this “company”The property owner will only be present to collect the rentMaintenance requests are handled at his leisureMice in the building are to be handled by the tenants, he believes that waiting over a week to come out is efficient to handle the problemThe blame is solely based on the neighbors below me, I was actually told about the mice by them the day I moved inBy that time my deposit and 1st month rent was already paid and the policy saids you “forfeit the deposit if you don’t move in soon aftee signing the lease”I was told another family would love to live here and I could move at anytime but of course I cant have my deposit backIn the months I have been here I had found miceI have put my own traps and electronic repellent devices all aroundI use peppermint oil everyday in hopes it will keep the mice awayThis situation is so stressful, this is no longer my homeI have very nice NEW furniture and keep a clean homeThis is so gross and embarrassingI tip toe around my own “home”, I hate it here now
