The complaining party has not told the truth.
The complaining part called and asked for a quite he was quoted XXXXX he said he could not come up with that amount he wanted us to do it with no money down and no contract after several times...

explaining the contract he finally signed it . The contest stated the he the owner was told do make sure every utility was disconnected I even helped him call the electric company after 1 week he still had not had this done so I called again finally the came and disconnected it . I filed for a water sewer permit that was denied because he had not disconnected it he lied said it wasn't in his name then acted like he didn't understand English his inability to follow the terms in the contract he signed is what delayed his process I will be more then happy to supply the BBC with said contract. The building DEPARTMENT will not allow any demoing until all disconnects have been done.

As I explained on the complaint ,they wanted more down payment ($4500)to be exact. A check was given to them and it was cashed. I did ask for a contract but Melissa wanted to give me just a note. I did not deny signing a contract and I also didn't ask for demolish to start without a down payment . The contract was explained to me only once at my office, two of my employees were present when Melissa came to sign the contract.
The house had been recently bought by me and I needed to have the old owner have all the utilities moved from his name to mine before I could call and have utilities disconnected. Im not sure why she is saying that I lied or that I didn't understand English. I speak and read English fine .
She did help me by calling the water. Once I called the utilities and the city and everything was ready for demolition, they did not show up on demolition date. I called and texted her to follow up, and she never answered my calls or text.
So I believe the company is committing fraud because I even went to the city department and they informed me that the company didn't took out a demolition permit. I don't want them to do the demolition for me anymore. I don't trust them no more. I will like for them to please give me back my down payment since they did not follow the contract.
