D & M Auto Leasing

At time of vehicle purchase on February 5, 2013 with D&M Leasing I was offered a warranty for $3200 which I adamantly expressed I didn't want. Leasing Agent, [redacted] convinced me to accept the warranty and cancel after 30days I would receive a refund check in my name. Once that time came, [redacted] initially avoided my phone calls and then her counterpart [redacted] said I would not get a refund, the warranty would be taken off the "bottom" balance of my loan. This type of customer service was clearly misleading and deceit. I made a down payment of $4000 on my vehicle to help with a lower monthly payment. Now to be forced in paying for a warranty of $3200 defeats the whole purpose. I contacted my lender [redacted] Consumer to inquire if the warranty could be taken off the "top" of the loan; a restructure, which would allow my monthly payments to be lowered and ultimately give me what I originally wanted, NO WARRANTY. [redacted] told me that D&M Leasing could resubmit the paperwork and there wouldn't be any penalties. When I attempted to request this from [redacted] she said "you are in la la land [redacted]", and hung up the telephone. I escalated this matter to the Manager, [redacted] and still have not received any response.
