[redacted] [To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, the consumer must give a reason why they are rejecting the response. If the consumer does not provide a reason the complaint will be closed Answered]As the consumer I am not aware of any discounts out of goodwill. Also they were not closed an entire 3 weeks as stated. I have proof of communication during those periods. As well they are trying to get more money out of my insurance which is causing me not to get a full refund out of my rental reimbursement for the entire 149 days that I was without my vehicle. I do not believe they worked on my vehicle the entire time it was in the shop, it was mostly stored rather than worked on. Therefore I reject their response.
