D & M Concrete Co. Inc.

In August 2015 we had D&M Concrete replace our driveway & walkway that was cracking and sinking. They were very nice and seemed to be knowledgeable. I had some concerns where they previous driveway had sunk, cracked, and heaved in in-climate weather. They assured me that when they were done I would not have this problem again. They did give me a good discount on additional work that I wanted done.
When they were done with the job it looked pretty good. Not the best concrete work that I have seen though.
After 7 weeks, a small crack showed up at the bottom. When I contacted them (long story short) they pretty much dismissed it saying that the concrete business as a whole does not guarantee cracks and blamed me for driving a heavy vehicle on it. We had been very careful and did not drive on it for several days after they told us we could to to make sure and with nothing heavier than a 1/2 ton pickup.
Now on January 4th 2016 it has a crack all the way across it at the other end. I know they would like to blame the weather, however this has been a very mild winter and almost no snow. Pretty much only rain & warm. I have owned, lived, and had many family members with concrete driveways in WI with no cracks that they have had for a decade or more. I have property in N. WI since 2000 and it has no cracks in it.
They apparently do not want to back up their reputation and blame the customer for faulty work. I don't expect that it should crack within a few weeks and then again after 4.5 months. I would not recommend them to anyone.
