he would have to contact the company from whom our part was purchased by him and/or his spouse because he did not buy the item/s directly from us. Customer states in his complaint that he did contact the company, Powersport Superstore, Inc. and that they claim to have attempted contact with us by phone and by email but we have never received any communication from them. They are not a distributor or a dealer that we do business with so how they even have our items for sale on Amazon is a mystery to us.  Please contact me if you need more information.
