To Whom This May Concern,DM Drilling received this filed complaint from [redacted].[redacted] had originally called us for an emergency type situation with no water to his house. Under those situations that is first priority, to get there and get a customer working water as fast as possible. On...

initial attempt a rare situation arose with an old septic system which was not to anyone's knowledge (homeowner or town). A new location was agreed on. There was conversation initially about the sidewalk and that the curbing probably wouldn't last with the trucks going over it. [redacted] said that whatever needs to be done to regain working water at that moment was important. It was also known that with the size of the trucks a street light would be needed to be removed to get in. This is something that is not our responsibility and needed to be moved to get into the location. On the second attempt we were successful to get water and brought into the house. At this time in August we became overloaded with alike emergency dry well situations due to the drought we are in and which we jumped on to help each person regain water to their homes. In the shuffle we did play phone tag back and forth a few times and he understood things became crazy and hadn't called back. Since then Mr. [redacted] has reached out and successfully in touch with [redacted] to try and rectify this situation. They have a date to meet in person in the next few days.Thank You[redacted]Office Manager
