We were having issues with our sony tv The 3d part didn't look right to me I googled a *ew things *ound this is a pretty common issue So my wife Contacted sony who pointed us this companyWe called them out *or a Monday and right *** the bat they had to reschedule *or Wednesday well that turned into a *ridayWe though it was odd but it snowed that week so some people are afraid of driving in the snowThe Guy comes by *riday Cant *igure out how to work the TV or any other of the sony Products I own and left after making my wife write them a checkWe received Call *rom the Guy who did the inspection and told us HE Googled the issue we are having and *ound there isn't any real *ixes *or it he could attempt to replace the part he suspected was bad but couldn't promise that would *ix the issues Keep in mind He never once experience the issue because he couldn't *igure out how to make any thine *rom sony workSo we told them we have a warranty *rom AMEX that will cover Repair or Replace

Such s*** service I can't believe these guys are still in businessI call to see when my repair on my washer they told me o about days to get the part then they would be bringing my washer backThe gentalmen on the phone refused to let me speak with his manager after he told me that it would be a whole week more to just get the partsThat was about two weeks agoJust called again today they have ordered more partsWho knows when I'll get my washer backNo contact no information not a thingThese people are the shadiest people I have ever felt withI realistly have to call everyday to as with the hell is going on

I would not recommend AFactory Service for many reasons: Paul from the call center doesn't accept responsibility for issues with parts or previous repairs, they broke clips on the replaced display screen on a refrigerator and now they are not willing to come back and repair it, the ice maker is frozen solid after their first repair, they cancel appointments without notifying the customer
