I can't read the comment but I cant afford to pay money for labor and driving cost to get to home owner home and go home, as like he change his mindI did plan to help him again as I an let busy with my scheduleWe do a high quality work so we get customer book 2-weeks in advanceIt is very hard for me to suddenly to get to the time customer change his mindAlso we have go back and forth for his house a lot of time to try to make him happyBut I am sorry, there is no more further help for him, after he file a complain on usHe play hard ball so I cant help him and try to be a nice person anymoreI consider we just get one of the dark sky day

First of all, I am not of middle east originEven if I am, what difference does it make as afar as the job is concerned? I have been in this country for about years and have been a good citizenI have never cheated anyone.This vendor has accused me of so many bad things I have done to the floor such as cleaning the floor with water, keeping the temperature at or above degrees which are not trueThe next thing is that he is accusing me of several things and calling me a liar!! As you see, he has admitted that he was back at my house after about a month to fix gaps at few places which obviously did not workWhen more gaps were developing, I contacted the vendor and he came and evaluated the problem and admitted that "I don't know what is happening"He said to wait until summer to redo the floorAn appointment was set for Aug.5, (about 3-months in advance)When I called D & M a few days before the appointment date to confirm, he said that he will not make that dateIf I remember correctly another appointment was set for Aug [redacted] and another gentleman came in on that date and asked me "how come the furniture are not moved?" and he was going to walk out when I said that I can not move the furniture myself and all the contents are moved from cabinetsI asked him what his plan was to fix the problemHe mentioned something like "I will fill the gap and refinish the floor the whole floor which may fix the problem"Since this answer did not satisfy me, I gave him the option to fill the gaps with some kind of flexible putty and finish the repaired area onlyI have read on internet about this kind of fix*** has agreed to this and appointments after appointments were made and not kept (at least times)when I call him he always come up with an answer such as "I am busy" and so forth, never mentioning about unavailability of the type of puttyQuite often the phone calls were not returned or the mail box was fullAt one point I had to have my wife call him from her work to find out as to why he is not keeping the appointment and not answering the phoneI hope this problem can be resolved as soon as possible Regards, [redacted] ***

I perform work for this customer last year. This customer is one of the middle east family who always try to take advantage of people. As we perform work for this customer, the customer hire people to move stuff and ask us to help move the piano out. We told him that we are not able to move back. He said. "it is no problem". But as we finish all work, he withhold our money and demand us to move everything back. I charge for moving only $100, now I have to pay a $1000 to get guy move back for him. This is a super lying person. The materials that we bought for him cost us around $3000. it is a 2 big room and running border special American walnut (1.5 width x 3/4 thick) along the side.We run a border wood and install 2 room. Their were always there to check on our work. So he is always seeing how our work to see do we did it right for him. As we finish the job for him, we were inform him. We do not guarantee the floor if you damage the floor or extreme weather condition beyond normal. We taught him that floor should never being clean by water, steam, or vinegar. We recommend them to buy the [redacted] cleaning product. Also DO NOT over heat in the house.However when we came back from his inform the floor separate after the extreme weather storm month in February 2015. AS we enter the house, the heat in the house is more than 90 degree, and we believe their perform clean by the water. We notice all of the mistake their did and damage. We still help them to fix the gap in the floor, because we want to keep our reputation for every single customer. After we perform the work, few month later their inform us again that it has couple line separate on the floor. And we make schedule to re-sand the floor and patch up the floor in the summer august 11, 2015. He call and inform us that make sure we come so he have the house ready for us. We pay more than $500 to bring 2 guy along with myself to come perform work. As we show up at the house, he demand us to move all of the furniture for him. He said how did he moved. We inform him that we have to leave until he empty all the room and call us back. He did not us leave, he want us to perform coat filling in the middle room, we have never hear about flexible wood filler. So we say as we able to get those flexible wood filler, we will get back to him. But how can we do anything when we have not able to find flexible wood filler. Furthermore if we work under the condition full of his stuff, if any accident happen, who will responsible. And this customer change their mind without inform, take advantage on our kindly as seeing them old, are cheating on us for every single way. So now we are not respond to their demand and their file a complaint to Revdex.com.Furthermore we work for him, as he seeing we doing a beautiful floor from an addition on back porch room of his friend. His friend back porch room has no problem, even the room directly facing direct weather hazard condition. Because his friend do not over heat the floor, always keep the floor constant temperature, also did not damage floor. So this is has nothing to do with Revdex.com customer, I don't know how he could complaint. This customer worry about his penny, but he doesn't care people lost thousand of dollars. As we said as long the house not ready, we are not come back. Also he void the guarantee as soon as he destroy the floor. We gave him a museum floor. And it is still extremely beautiful right now, except there is 2 separate line.
