We take great pride in our Internet service and our next day service, in that light, we are very disappointed in the loss of a customerWe have recently upped our usage cap from 350Gig to 1000Gig and doubled our bandwidth in this areaWe are currently upgrading the bandwidth in the entire system The customers main concern was usage overage charges and was credited all overage charges of $on 11/07/Customer was asked to check to make sure their router was password protected and even change the password would be a good ideaThe customer usage was over 500gigs per month so we can at least say the service was available and being usedWe will put any amounts due in dispute and not take any collection activitySincerely, Jefferson County Cable
