This is my second time that I used D&M and I had them do a annual tune up for our furnace and air conditioner. They did a thorough job and we were very pleased.

I would not call anyone else. Have been using D&M for over 20 years. Got home from work at 5 pm 11/27 my heat was out.Called D&M they were there in 45 minutes. Found the problem right away and fixed it. He was gone by 6:30. Very reliable service and very professional. Highly recommend D&M

D&M responded right away to our request for an estimate, followed it up with both an email and written quote. I had few questions which were answered quickly. This a boiler replacement and was a big job. The installers were great. The mess was gone and the system tested in about 8 hours. I would recommend to anyone!

We have had D and M Heating as our residential HVAC contractor for 13 years and have always been pleased with their service and the knowledge their technicians have. We had the occasion to have a few unexpected repairs done and their response time has been exceptional. Our AC stopped working as very hot weather was due to arrive. We called D&M on a Friday morning. The service person arrived within 2-1/2 hours of our call. We didn't ask for any urgent reply; it's just the way D&M advertises their business, and they follow through as advertised. Service person was very friendly, professional and efficient, too.

Requested service for room furnace that needed attention. Tim called and asked if he could come early. We were very satisfied with his knowledge and advice, he showed me what happened that caused our problem and fixed it by relocating the thermostat to the wall where it should have installed in the first place. I called on a Sat morning when our house was 47 degrees after a night of no heat. Shaun called me back within about 15 minutes and arrived about 15 after that. He was professional and patiently explained everything to me. He quickly got the heat running again. Price was reasonable, particularly for a Sat morning emergency call. I was extremely pleased with the whole process with D&M.

I was very happy with D&M. The installers were friendly and professional and the representative I spoke with on the phone really helped with my decision to repair or replace. She also helped me decide on which model to buy weighing both budget and efficiency. I will definitely recommend this business to others in the future.

The men who come out to work on our furnace and air conditioning have always been very courteous, knowledgeable and pleasant. We have used this company many times over the last 18 plus years and have been very pleased with their work. We just had a new furnace installed and the employees did a great job, couldn't have been more pleased.

The concern and efficient appointment setting by her made me feel good about choosing D & M. The Technion was professional and friendly an explained all that we asked.
