Outstanding service at a great rate provided by a gentleman named [redacted]. We are 100% satisfied and would recommend this company to anyone.

I lost the only key to my car, called this company and a gentleman named [redacted] came to the house, was there within an hour and the job proved to be more indepth than we originally thought. The tech never got fustrated and stayed until the job was done at the original price quoted. We are 100% satisfied.

Review: I am posting this to the DMI Locksmith Business profile as my credit card statement lists them as the company paid, the local name is 24/7 Pittsburgh Locksmith I lock my keys in the car, call and am quoted "$50-$70", I assume it will be $75 at the most & the winner locksmith shows up in a beat up blazer so I can let him in the garage and proceeds to look at my car and tells me it will be $150... he is told to start over and not embarrass himself since I identified my make & model to the service rep who gave me the qoute half of what this yahoo wanted... the dirt bag then counters saying if I pay cash it can be $100, meaning he could pocket the extra $25, when confronted about this, he has obvious trouble doing the math & figuring out that I am quite frankly not stupid enough to pay him or fall for his [redacted]...he starts to get pissy about how valuable his time is, then the pos walks back to his car and mutters "[redacted]"... and when I tell him to repeat himself he gets in his car and like an ape pounding his chest to show primal self-realized dominance, he revs his engine in the typical small dick big truck fashion... first off, im not chinese.. at least come up with a Korean slur...second be a man and say it to my face...if not for the fear of getting fired for slugging this loser on work property in a company jacket, this guy would be down a few more teeth... to add insult to this, I get back and my credit card had a $15 service charge on it... since you had to give them a card via phone to retain the service call... I have notified this company they can refund me my money or have their face all over the Pittsburgh press ...
