Review: Grady's catered our Wedding and my parents Vow Renewal on 06-07-14 at Sandy Oaks Ranch. I will begin by saying the Venue's Air conditioners went out and the venue was over 90 degrees inside. We opened all the windows so there was a over abundance of flies inside the room. We purchased 350 plates to be delivered and served to our guest. Grady's employees showed up 1 hour late to our event. By this time we only had about 75 guest that ate due to the heat. The employees were very rude to our guests and bridal party. The employees made no attempt to cover any pre made food plates or food while serving the food so the flies were all over the food while our guest were in line. The Turkey was not cooked all the way and was still very pink. The beans were not cooked all the way. The employees didnt keep the tea containers filled up and when asked if they were going to fill them up, the employee responded, "I will get to it when I get to it." Our contract states if any food is left over due to lack of attendance that the customer must provide foil containers for employees to pack up left overs. We did provide more than enough foil containers for this. The employees only packed up in the foil containers enough food to serve about 50 guest when there should have been enough left overs packed for 275 guest. Per the venues contract, we supplied plates and silverware for our guests and Grady's plates and picnic packs were not to be used. The employees started serving our guest with their plates and silverware and when I informed them that our plates and silverware were supposed to be used, the girl got very rude with me. All the Grady's plates, silverware and cups were suppose to be left for us to take home with us and they were not. The employees took all of that with them along with the majority of the extra food. We took home that night, 1 Pan of uncooked Turkey, 1, 3/4 Pan of Brisket, 1 Pan of Cole Slaw, 1 Pan of Beans, 1, 1/2 pan of Potato Salad and 1 pan of Barbcue sauce.Desired Settlement: I called the week after our Wedding and spoke with a manager. She stated the employees only took the overage food with them that they are suppose to take. She said we could come by and pick up our Plates, cups and silverware. She stated the company would cater a party of 50 for us and that a 50lb brisket serves 200 people. I would like a full refund due to we did not receive 275 plates worth of food that we paid for. The food was not cooked all the way and they breached on their contract.
