We have been in contact with Ms [redacted] and we have settled the misunderstanding about how her cat can and can not escapeWe have now installed plexi glass in order for her cat to not be able to get out It is to our understanding she is happy with the installation and does not need a refund for the Clear View Screen Jerry was in contact with her prior to her complaint and he went out personally to correct the misunderstanding for how her car could get out of the screen door This matter was resolvedThank you!!!
