West Herr has resolved Ms***'s concerns and have mailed her complimentary oil changes as she requested. I emailed the general manager on 7/and left him a voicemail on MondayHe called me back yesterday and said he was sending me something in the mailTo say I did not contact them back is untrueThe general manager said my email went into his spam folder for some reason and like I said I did call and leave him a voice mail Monday and he returned my call on Tuesday 8/and said he was going to send me something regarding the service I was promised when I purchased the vehicleI tried several times to speak to someone at the time of the service on 7/before sending an email to the general managerAs of this time I'm awaiting information via mail regarding my vehicleThank you for your time*** ***

Dear Revdex.com, To answer your question, yes the mileage was in the contract. Unfortunately, when the sales man called me this information was not disclosed. I canceled the deal with another dealership and came to West Herr in good faith. The contract was only shown to me at
the very end of the process. Given the hard pushy sales techniques going through more of it was not something I wanted to deal with at the time. The mileage disclosure, even though it did occur, occurred so late in the process that there was not much I could do. This however is not the only part of the complaint the fact that West Herr pressured me into purchasing a higher priced vehicle. If they were willing to take the other one back, there was no need to force me to purchase another vehicle at an unreasonable price. I couldn't even negotiate a price of the vehicle because they already held my money. Thank you for your assistance in this matterSincerely, ***

We sincerely apologize to Mr. [redacted] and believe it was a data input error.  Corrections have been made on the dealership side along with the care connect agent through the Manufacturer.  Please note that it may take several weeks for the change to process through the system.

With all of that said, I am sorry that Ms. [redacted] was not satisfied with her experience. To clarify, the Subaru Forester Ms. [redacted] purchased was a new vehicle, never previously sold or registered, and did have 87 miles on it. It is not unusual for new vehicles to have mileage 011 them due to test drives. We did a  full exchange 011 the Subaru toward a new Crosstrek which subsequently Ms. [redacted] asked us to take back as well, because she was unhappy with the price she paid. In the spirit of customer satisfaction, we did take the Crosstrek back and cancelled the deal and the financing involved with it.
