D & M Service has actively been in business over years; and a Accredited Business with the Revdex.com since I believe my record stands on it's own merit and believe anyone who has ever done business with me would not flippantly use the word 'nightmare' to describe dealing with me or my firm; when in fact it is the exact opposite Consumer purchased a 95% furnace and would have needed to purchase an Air Condition and a coil Unbeknown to me, I had told her I could get the papers needed but after inquiring further she did not purchased all the products that would allow her to be eligible for the [redacted] rebate programThere is no certificate I can supply her with If Ms [redacted] would go to [redacted] & [redacted] s website to see for herself she did not purchase all the products needed for the specific rebate program she is thinking of I apologize I couldn't get the certificate but she just didn't buy everything needed to meet [redacted] requirements for the rebate program and that she had to resort to filing a complaint Best regards, [redacted] %

I was told on numerous occasions that the documents associated with my purchase would be made available to me - would be left at my house, in my mailbox, etc. Whether or not I am eligible for an energy rebate is really none of the owner's business. He is not at liberty to make that determination. The point is that he told me over and over again that he would leave the documents at my residence and didn't.
