D & M Weld

I have a 4 compartment sink at my restaurant. The dividers between each sink leaks through. For 5 years now we have calked them each month. One day I spoke with this welder Dakota Maskel and he said no need to do that weld it, so he came in and quoted me 125.00 to fix it. He came the next morning and Welded THRU the bottom of my sinks. Not ONE but all 4 compartments. It is unusable. He claimed he can fix it so he and his friend (another certified welder) came on a day the restaurant was closed and spent 6 hours trying to fix it. They both went to buy me flex n seal tape after 6 hrs and Dakota admitted he ruined the sink. My husband asked him why he didn't just stop at one compartment he had no answer. Dakota and my husband agreed that he should replace my sink.
I found a cheap one online to help Dakota because I genially feel bad for him. So upon finding a cheap and NOT very good quality of sink for 899.00 I sent him my quote from Central Restaurant Products and he wouldn't respond. So I messaged him and asked please at least respond because I potentially HAVE to have this sink to proceed in business. the Health dept. could close me down. His final response was a bill from him for 1400.00. the bill consisted on 1200.00 for his friend and himself … WRONG
