I have spoke to the consumer and we have came to an agreement
I am rejecting this response because:
Hello, as I already knew the car would not be repairedWe have been told they were going through the transmission currently and that it will be another weekThis is the same tactic they use WEEKLYI have NO faith in this car being repaired
We are doing our best to do the repairsDad has been out sick so without him it has been difficult to do workHe is back now so we will be able to handle the repair as soon as possibleIf you can please give us until Saturday of next week which is the 17th to have the vehicle completed
