I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
The company has not resolved the issue associated with the complaintThey are not willing to provide a refund, and actually retracted the agreement to pay $Despite the fact that there where witnesses that heard the worker state he would issue a refund, and on the next day mailIt was never sendI called to check in, and was informed that he changed his mind and it's "not worth it" because I had already filed a Revdex.com complaintI was told by the shop worker that I was wasting my breath and there is nothing I can do, regardless of what they have contractually committed themselves to payHe said "I will never see that money"
For $they have really been digging their heels, in a completely illegal way
This company is clearly not capable to run a business within guidelines that they are regulated under

IN RESPONSE TO THE COMPLAINT- D-men auto detail pride ourselves on providing a complete and affordable service, We have never had a complaint about our cleaning of vehicles,  but we did have a person on [redacted] ' s...

list complain that we would not pickup her car and clean and return it,  Now because of a medical condition that I have picking up the vehicle could not happen,  that person didn't care.  On this complaint the customer was quoted 75.00 to clean the interior of a large Suv after we were told it didn't have any dog hair in it, so she deceived us in order to afford paying the additional 25.00, if we had added the charge after attempting to clean the vehicle,  then one would accuse d-men of price gouging, so yes there was fur in the trim, You get what you pay for. After cleaning the Suv it sat for twenty hours before it was picked up by the husband, In order to make sure customers are satisfied with the cleaning,  I make sure they open the doors in order to see the job that was Done, The husband walked around the vehicle checking the Suv, in which he replied LOOKS GOOD and handed me his credit card,  I got my payment and I gave him the keys and said thank you and he said thank you.  NOW AS IF IT WERE PLANNED WITH IN TWO MINUTES I GET A CALL FROM THE WIFE SAYING WE DIDN'T CLEAN THE CARPET, THE SEATS, AND ANY THING ELSE SHE COULD THINK OF, D-men auto detailing ' policy is if your not satisfied we will clean it until your satisfied,  She was offered that, but she made it very clear that she just wanted a refund, D-men auto detailing stand's behind our job, We mentioned about giving half of a refund,  but after discussing it further we decided that we would not give a refund. By not bringing the Suv back to d-men auto detailing we were not able to comply with our company policy because seemed to be out to get something for nothing. We will offer half off on a Exterior Detail.

Have been trying to contact for almost a month to arrange appointment (via phone and the website) and finally got response. I was really wanting to schedule the appointment and was asking about the availability. He then started talking about [redacted] and whether or not I had thing from them. The website is entirely misleading. Under the pricing packages it says the the VIP package is $85. Then, under the coupon section it says to click to download and print out a PDF that says for buying one VIP package at full price, you may get a second at half cost. No where on the website does it say that the $85 listed is a discounted price. It leads you to believe that the full price is $85. The man became argumentative and said that I need to face the reality of our economy. No, the reality is that your website is horribly misleading, but considering that's all I have had to go by for nearly a month of waiting to hear back from someone, that's all I could base my information on. Horrible customer service.
