Insurance claim from 09/05/2011, work completed, but issues afterwards, firm came back out twice issue not fixed.
New roof put on dwelling due to storm damage, when it rained after the new roof put on, contractor was advised that there was a leak in the Master Bath of the home..sent workers out, they said they 'fixed' the problem..next rain, more leaking same exact spot, called contractor, someone came out did not go up on the roof, but inspected from ground and stated 'nothing wrong' with roof.. Finally after the interior ceiling fell due to continued leaking, another contractor was called out to the home, he went on the roof and found that the 'fix' was done with Aluminum Foil and the boot around the vent pipe for the bathroom was not installed correctly. Calls to Tarheel for resolution are not returned. I feel like we are being taken advantage of due to our age.
