We signed a contract with Mr. [redacted], the owner of D NA Construction in Chula Vista. According to this contract he was responsible to downsize our pool and Jacuzzi, plaster the pool and Jacuzzi, install the equipment, concrete our pool deck and paint the concrete. Mr. [redacted] had until the end of October to complete his job and get his money. However, at this moment, after he has received several payments from us, he has left everything unfinished and left. Our pool and Jacuzzi are not plastered, the concrete he poured around the deck is not painted. Although we contacted him via phone and texted him messages, he has not returned our phone calls, nor our text message.
