Aloha,
Thank you for taking the time to review this matter. Yes, after the sixth visit, everything has been fine. We are hoping that we will not have any problems in the futureYes, they admitted to us about the "bad batch of paint." But that does not excuse them from lying or being rude and condescending. Throughout this whole endeavor, they didn't even apologize for the inconvenience, instead they were petty and vindictive Their job was to fix the car. Yet they failed three times trying to paint it and twice to fix damage they caused.
Rather than trying to do their job, they threatened to report my father and went farther by drugging deeper to try and get him in trouble for me dropping off the car on the fifth visit (which had to be brought in cause of their malfeasance.) The fleet company was brought into all this just to retaliate on a *** review. Which I only posted because they wanted to charge us for the removal of the over-spray over the entire vehicle. In the end, they admitted guilt for the over-spray and fixed it, that is when I removed the original *** postHowever, since their threats HAVE caused harm onto my father, I have re=posted the original review and added the following;
"*BEWARE* D&N is petty, vindictive and very unprofessionalI would never recommend anyone going hereTime wasted, drama, stress and lies is what you will get from themPlease read entirety and be forewarnedSide Note: I had kept my word and deleted the following review after the third visit resolved all mattersBut Darlene, again, NOT being accountable or professional, is trying to cause drama with the fleet company, attempting to cause harm to my fatherHer actions have forced me to re-post this and notify the Revdex.com, *** and ***More importantly, THE PAINT IS COMING OFF AGAIN! See new pictures added.Going onto a fifth visit, 4/to as peeling and then again to re-re-paintSix visits for one repair is simply unacceptableCommon sense would tell you to be a lot more pleasant and accommodating with re-work customers (simply for the inconvenience caused to them,) but here, it's the complete oppositeSadly, you have proven to be a deceitful person for intentionally causing trouble to matters which lay outside the scope of your workBottom line, if you have a problem with me, that's fine, but I will not stand idly by while you prey on my innocent fatherShame on you."
Please keep this claim on file and make it available for public viewing. I would not want anyone else to have to do through the drama, lies and wasted time
Sincerely,

We at D&N Autobody & Painting are always happy to provide our customers with a quality and satisfactory repair to their vehicle.  We have worked closely with the [redacted] fleet insurance for many years and continue to have an excellent relationship with our client. Professional procedures...

Comebacks such as this case is documented and sent to [redacted] as part of the required procedure. In this case the [redacted] Regional Paint Representative was consulted because the paint peeled on 2 new bumpers. Troubleshooting was performed by Bill Dias the Territorial Manager to remedy the problem.Note first bumper experienced peeling at the edge, new bumper was ordered and then the second bumper peeled at the edge. The [redacted] representative did his investigation and found that it was a paint product failure. A third bumper was ordered and painted to avoid future problems and to satisfy the problem at hand. [redacted] representative can be reached bdias@[redacted].com for Revdex.com to verify.  The shop and paint technician followed procedures. With regards of "making trouble" outside the scope of the repair as the complaint states - [redacted] fleet found that signatures on the drop off and pick up forms documented had to 2 different drivers signing at drop off and pick ups. Also the [redacted] review posted by the complainer to slander the shop provided the fleet with additional information that lead them to contact the driver.
