September 30, 2013 [redacted] came to the house to grout the tile in the bathroom. He gave me a bid for $250.00. I told him I would give him $225.00 and he agreed. He grouted it and I paid him. He asked me to write him a check in his name instead of the company. I did and he went right to the bank and cashed the check. I look at the job he did and its wasn't done right. There was very little grout at all and holes. He came back looking unprofessional and started blaming everyone except himself. He then said he's not going to do these jobs anymore because he can't make any money. He said he was coming back and didn't show up.
