I was hired to do up-keep on her back yard I parked the truck at road side about ft fai fromher home Our
job ( I did the job with the assistance of a friend of mine ) was just taking outfallen leaves of the back yard We put dead leaves into a waste small garbage plastic container, then took to our truck to drive out The road we pull the garbage container ( recycle bin ) isabt 6- 7ft far from the place she parked her car
We only used brooms to wipe out dead leaves and using blower to blow out dead leaves at thebackyard , so this process couldn't do any touch to her car as we didn't come near the car So, the scratches ( if any ) occurred at her car was definitely caused by another reasons( which wedon't know )
The lady ( house resident/owner ) did called me while I was working at another place , due tohaving no free time (as I was working) , I replied to her that it was not true as we never wentnear her car (the road we push/pull the garbage cart is 6-7ft far from the car)Then if there beany scratches at her car , it must be of any other reasons , not caused by us ( We didn't trimany tree ,then there's no tree branches /parts which, might long enough, to cause a scratch onthe car!)
I hereby state that her complaint is far from the truth as we didn't do anything which might causeany scratch(es) on her car as she did complained in the letter sent to you (after calling me)
a) She reported that she was noticed the scratches on her car in April, but she was not sure, soshe didn't say anything It means that she didn't talk or call me at that time and she didn'tknow scratch was caused by who/which reason
b) On May , she discovered another scratches , and called us , I did reported as above that itwas not made by us I suppose that if she did watched and saw that we came near her car orseeing " another scratch" on her car , she could have called us immediately or meet us face - to -face to clarify the matter But this didn't happened !
I hereby guarantee that we didn't have any relation /responsible to "scratch(es) on her carItmust be caused by any other reasons
