Scam moving company. By looks of reviews they do often. Ask for money don't show up. Demand more money. Basically exhortion.
Made deposit per the original agreement via PayPal l. They wait until right before you scheduled move date to exhort more money from you hoping out of desperation you'll pay if you don't you're screwed and they don't do your move. Keep your deposit. With no services performed. Per Yelp reviews this is what they do on a regular basis. Should be out of business. Reputable movers do not demand deposits and more deposits before performing any work.
They stated they would refund after I write my yelp review. It's not only about the refund but cost a day or work for myself as well as others scheduled to help me that day.

This is the worst moving company i've ever worked with. After doing research I seen that they aren't even registered in the state of Florida. They give you one rate and then double the price and are always late. This company is so sketchy that they don't even have the same address as the one listed on their paperwork. The workers have so much nasty attitude..they need to get shut down ASAP!

D & N Had File A Police Report In Regards To This Issue As Well As With Coca-Cola Company ( Providing Serial Numbers Of Coolers To Coca-Cola Company Where Coca-Cola Confirm It's Stolen.

D'Angelo was available by phone to proactively smooth out potential problems before they arose.
Renee in the office handled the administrative part very efficiently and was super courteous and professional on all phone contacts.
Derrick and Brian carefully picked up our goods and placed them into the company's FREE 30-day storage.
At the time of our requested delivery, Damian, Brian, and Dillon, arrived in accordance with our agreed schedule.
The good arrived with nothing missing or damaged.

I had a moving service on August 31st, they demanded cash payments otherwise the would hold my furniture as hostage..
On August 31st, 17, I had a moving service and even when I had a quote, sent to me by text, they increased it by 400usd and demanded cash before delivery or they would not deliver furniture. They kept my furniture hostage until I give cash to them saying their credit card machine was not "working". Moving service was programmed from 9 to 11am, they showed up 9:45am, and by noon they said they were going to have lunch, but they went to do another pick up, because by 230pm, when they finally arrived at property, I saw another furniture that it was not mine. At that point they demanded cash and increased my quote by 400, claiming "stairs charges and fuel surcharge" . They had called me a day before and at no point they disclose it was going to b a share moving and stairs and fuel surcharges. They asked my if there were any stairs, and I said yes. They did not disclose the extra charge. They took me by surprise the day of delivery, demanding cash and holding my furtinure hostage. I was promised a "cleaning service after pick up" and they said it was schedule for day after moving, they did not disclosed that either. It does not make me any good for day after, if I had known that, I would not have hired them. They left furniture on the floor, broke boxes, and left their blankets wrapped around my furniture. They did such a terrible service. Not sure how they are still in business, how can they have a license to rip off people. This is their "modus operandi", they do a pick up and then they demand cash or they will keep furtinure hostage. You have no option. I was quoted 285 and said it was going to be 2 men for 3 hours, and ended up paying 757, claiming they have given me 3 men, which it was the driver, and movers were planning it was going to take 3 hours to upload furniture. I claimed I could not pay based on assumptions, but in facts, and shouldn't be charged for that, and only after delivery. I talked to Mr. and he even said I should be thankful I was not charged for the 3rd men, and needed cash before delivery. I told him nobody disclosed that, and they should take respinsabilty for it. He did not care.
I want my money back. Should only pay what I was quoted. Not anything extra. They did a terrible job leaving furniture on the floor, and even broke box, and I was never given then cleaning service that I was promised.

That is a lie. I was never notified there was another pick up in the area, and never agreed on it. I was told they were to "lunch". A representative who conecttacted me the day before, female, asked me if stairs and I said yes, she never disclosed there was an extra charge. They are making me look like if I agreed on everything. I have witnesses. My mom was there. I had a text where they said "no hidden fees and no surcharges, and at time of delivery they charged all that, and if I did not pay, they did not upload furniture. They lost pieces of my belongings, (I am missing some set of sheets and luggage) broke some of the boxes., left items on the floor, they dissambled it and supposed to put it back in its place, according to the advertisement. I was promised a cleaning service I did not received, it is in the text. These are a bunch of thieves in a disguise of a moving company. They should not have any lincense to operate until complete investigation. They even left itmes still wrapped up in the covers and never assembled.
I have all the texts and phone calls that I place to Mr, *** complaining about it. He did not care,he was the fist one who sent me a text about no hidden fees and later demanded over 400 more or movers would not upload furniture.
I just want my refund back and only pay for what I was quoted.
Even Mr. told me that I was going to be charged for the time I was taking for making all this complaints over the phone with him, that I should just pay because the time was running!
Their licensed should be suspended until further investigation.

I do not accept this resolution because they are lying. I was not notified that they had ended uploading furniture and truck was clear, I had actually left the apartment to go to pick up address to clean it, because they did not provided me with that service, an even driver told me that he was going to meet me there because he had forgotten his tools, I told him I had picked then up and even I gave them to him I was going to wait for him, my mom was left at the drop off property, she is 75 years, she said she was Not notified anything, they just waived their hand and said bye and left,while she was looking thru the window. She did not have time to go down and check.
This is like my words against their. Consumers are the victims here. It is sad we have people with no ethics and no professionalism and want to make consumers look like if approved all this and we were aware and consent. If that was the case I wouldn't be wasting any body's time.
I am not satisfied with response and will go to the bottom of it. Probably my actions will prevent a lot of consumers from this unethical people.

Buyer beware these people are the worst. They held us up for an additional $1,000.00 after receiving $4100. for an 11 mile move and writing, "Paid in Full" on our contract. They threw our belongings in the yard and into the garage, breaking many of our valuable things while screaming vulgarities and physically threatening my wife an myself. *** was the driver and owner of this horrible company. That really should be referred to as a criminal enterprise more than mover. Two police reports have been filed and the District Atty of Dade County has been made aware of this horrible company. Hopefully something will be something will be done to protect the public from this and any other companies like this.

Terrible experience. I was quoted a price for a move from two homes into one. After the first move we discussed in writing what the amount left was which was under 1k. When the movers were on the way they said I still owed them $2500 and if I didn't pay they would keep my stuff. I was quoted one amount "estimate" which I wouldve been ok with paying taxes and fees a little over but ended paying more than double of that estimate. DO NOT get scammed by them please. Go with any other company.

Company uses complete false advertisement and has terrible customer service. They promise you a special and then charge you double without any care
The manager promised a moving special of $315 for 2 men and 3 hours of service along with a free move out clean. When we arrived at the unloading destination the movers request cash payment of double the amount without any explanation. Not to mention they arrived 4 hours late! Again with no fluid explanation the manager said one thing and the movers said another. Terrible customer service and false advertising. The movers moved very slow and the manager promised me a discount due to the tardiness however that was obviously not applied. They will hold your belongings hostage if you do not pay them in cash at the unloading site. Ridiculous service got to the point where Mark the manager just started forwarding my calls to voicemail!
I would like the actuall move I special amount to be the only thing that I pay for as it only took the movers the three hours however they found some way to tack on an entire our of driving when the destination was 10 min away. Would like a refund of at least $300

The response is completely unacceptable.
As you see from the paperwork the movers showed up at 1 and only worked until 3:45 and the added the hour of driving. So In total my price should have been only the $315 plus 45 min of extra moving. Plus the one hour drive. However I payed them $557 at the drop of after I had already put in the $100 deposit so I should only have had to pay $447. Also, the moving company was supposed to arrive at 9am and didn't show up until 1pm and the owner promised me a discount that he completely disregarded as soon as we got to the storage unit where they held my belongings hostage until I paid what they demanded.
On the note of the cleaning crew that I was promised I never once received any calls, emails or Text messages from any cleaning company that was promised so his statement about them contacting me is completely false. I sent him several text messages due the owner ignoring my calls after the move telling him that no one had contacted me regarding the clean up.
I am extremely upset with this company and would like them to reimburse me for the cost of a professional last minute cleaning that I was forced to pay for due to them not carrying out what they promised.
