My 17 year old son purchased a pair of sunglasses on 5/6/14 and returned on 5/7/14. Sunglass hut has failed to return his $256.80 to him. They do admit that he returned the sunglasses. He purchased the glasses with his [redacted] Debit card. They state they returned his money via [redacted] credit card but no money has been issued to him. I have tried numerous times to resolve this issue. I have done a 3 way call between myself, [redacted], and Sunglass hut. [redacted] has assured them they have not received the money. Sunglass hut states they have received a verification number from [redacted]. No one can track down this refund. Can you please help. My son works very hard for his money.Thank you
