D. O. Car Wash

At the self serve car wash on [redacted]. by the [redacted] just west of [redacted] we lost $[redacted] in the change machine. We put a five dollar bill into the left change machine at the wash and got nothing back. There is no visible sign of the owner or who to call if there is a problem OR if you lose money in their machine. What better way to RIP off the consumer than to tell you who you can call, which would be simpler.
