D O W Asphalt Paving

I filed a Revdex.com complaint last year (Complaint number 11595834) against this company for this driveway. The issue then was that they broke my drive gate and it needed repair. They did end up paying Michigan Fence for the cost of the repair. The driveway installed 5/2016 is cracked and crumbling and it was last fall. I contacted *** last Fall 2016 regarding this issue and he said he would address it this year. My spouse called him a couple of weeks ago and he came out as I would not speak with him as he got into a verbal confrontation with me in 2016. The driveway that was installed May 2016, is cracked and crumbling in numerous places and is much thinner than the previous driveway which this driveway replaced. ***, owner, came out on 8/23/17 and told my husband, "There isn't a *** think I'm going to do about that." He got into a verbal altercation with my spouse; threatened: "I'm going to kick your ***." When my spouse informed him that he was going to put a sign up stating the crappy job that was done on the driveway, *** informed him, "You do that, and I'm going to spray paint your pretty white fence." The police was called and the police office stated that DOW did a terrible job on the driveway. *** informed my husband that something heavy has been on the driveway. It is a driveway (a secondary driveway that isn't used much), and a Silverado is parked in this driveway...that is pretty much the only use this driveway gets. But, it is a driveway, it should be able to handle a truck and where it is cracking and crumbling isn't where the truck drives.
