D. Owens Roofing

My job wasn't finished. I paid in full 11-20-2012. This added section from roof to porch roof keeps leaking down thru porch soffit and Owens Roofing has repaired about 3 times, which being end of year and weather cold; Mike, said he would return in the spring and paint the added section which wasnt finished, and means I had a leak repair. I have several calls in, which he had called me back twice to say he would fix and then he was in area working so he would stop in. Which he has not. Now I receive no calls back. [redacted] says means he built the roof too flat he may need to take the burgandy metal roof off porch and put a rubber roof for flat roofs, and then he will have to take the roof off the house above the porch and make the metal longer to meet the rest of house. I have not been happy with this added section since day one. I was told the porch is higher than the house and thats the reason he can't get fixed from leaking. I hate to loose the metal roof I wanted; because the porch wasn't aloud enough drop. I feel [redacted] should of known this due to his expertise.
