The used car department listed my vehicle and vin number on the Auto Nation Nissan used car sales website. It was there as recent as 2/23/17. I saw it there with my own 2 eyes. Show me proof that it wasn't. That does not excuse the actions of Alex N in the service Department removing the comment of the truck burning 1 quart of oil every 1,000 miles before it was to be appraised by Nick in Sales. Alex N. said I would get more money from my vehicle if he removed the comment about the engine burning through a quart of oil every 1,000 miles. I swear to god that this vehicle was available and listed for sale for 12,487.00 with my vin # [redacted] and mileage of 71,006. There must be a paper trail of this somewhere. If my vehicle would not have appeared on the used car website, I wouldn't be so upset about the transaction. I believed the service department as to what they diagnosed. If my vehicle would have went to auction as you claim, then the vehicle would be gone and I would not have viewed the listing only a few days later after my purchase of a 2017 Nissan Pathfinder. What would you think if you were told that the motor was bad and saw the vehicle on the dealers website listed for 6,000 more than you were offered for the vehicle in the first place. Thus, I wouldn't have contacted corporate Nissan Consumer Affairs division for intervention in this matter.I have purchased 3 Nissan's in the past from this dealership and I was hesitant to purchase another Nissan product. It is the practice of deception and ultimately denial that is Auto Nation Nissan's way to sweep this under the carpet. Someone from Revdex.com please go to this business and search the memory of the used car listing department computer to see for yourself. That cannot be erased from the memory. Furthermore, I would take a lie detector test to prove what I witnessed with my own 2 eyes.
