This company sold 33 triple pane windows to us in 2010, supposedly with lifetime warranty, 3 of the windows have dirt between the panes, which means that they are not sealed as they are supposed to be. I tried to contact Mr. [redacted] by leaving messages on his phone, when I finally was able to speak with him, he promised to send one of his associates to get the information on the window and replace it (at the time I only had problems with one window), but no one ever showed up. Now the problem is even bigger.
