D P Express Roofing

Review: This roofing company put a roof on my Mom's house (she is deceased, the house is part of her estate) on 8/22/2011. The insurance company inspected this house (including the roof) and stated they would exclude the roof from the homeowner's policy because whomever installed the roof botched it up so bad (shingles standing up,etc), they would not cover the roof under insurance if anything happened to it. There were immediate problems after this roof was put up where water was coming in and has damaged 2 o 3 ceilings in this house because of the roof. This company has been called on numerous occasions by numerous family members and they will not return phone calls. (On the bill it states D.P. Express Roofing 5608 Blueridge Dr., Columbus, GA 31907;Phone: 706.984.1217). Numerous messages have been left at this number also & no returned phone calls. The bill was paid in full for $5,562.00 with a 5 year warranty. It is now 2014 and nohing has been done about this roof. The entire roof needs to be replaced for the insurance company to put it back on the homeowners policy in case something were to happen.Desired Settlement: This house needs an entire complete roof put on it and then it needs to be inspected by the homeowner's insurance company to verify that they will add the roof coverage back onto the policy.
