DPH Construction got 1st payment to start my roof and never came back. I called and texted but no answer. They have been dodging me for my refund.
DPH Construction received payment in October 2013 as an initial payment to replace my roof. They kept making broking promises as to when they will start all the way until the weather got bad and they couldn't no longer perform the job. After several calls they told me March they will do the roof. I still didn't hear from them in March. It is now April 30, 2014 and I have called every number I have and every number is disconnected expect for the owners cell number. I texted the owner on several occasions asking him when will they do my roof. I got no response. I called several times but no answer. Finally, I called from another number not my own and the owner [redacted] answered and I then requested a refund. [redacted] aka ** said they will mail me a refund. I still did not get the refund. Every number associated with DPH Construction is disconnected and every office location is no longer DPH. This is my first step to try to retrieve my refund before I pursue legal matters.
