I brought a [redacted] pad tablet from [redacted] April 29, 2013. It came with a one year warranty and I purchased an extended five year warranty. I had a problem with it and called the service company indicated, DPI. DPI sent a shipping label and provided a confirmation ticket #XXXXXXXXXX and was sent in September. I was notified there would be a $100 service fee. I called [redacted] and they said it was under warranty. I called DPI back and explained it was under warranty, but they said the service charge till applied. I asked for it to be returned, which was about three weeks ago. I have not received it and have been calling about the status, but no one has called me back.
