We were interested in a property they had available my wife and I were directed to fill out an application and pay for a background check. 3 months later we haven’t heard from the company, they won’t return emails or phone calls.
These people never asked for a copy of their credit report. Now that we know they wish to receive a copy of their credit report, we will send them a copy immediately thru the e mail address they provided when they applied for the apartment. Hopefully, this will resolve their problem.
Thank you for the chance to straighten out their complaint.
