Absolutely nothing! , which would be the same thing they did on the first trips to my houseI will make sure that everyone knows about the service work that was (not) done

I have all call times on my phoneEverytime was for the same problem(code 31) as reported to Modern.They did not replace the pressure switch until the 4th trip out and that still did NOT correct the issue

We only received two calls from this customer; the second time we were unable to bring the error code up on the furnace to indicate the problem error code is typically 99% of the time a pressure switch which we replacedWe were not able to talk to the customer to hear his complaint until he took it the Revdex.com so I am not sure what else he would like for us to do for him. This furnace is from installation it no longer has a labor warranty, the only warranty is for partsWhich can be handled through any Carrier DealerWhat else would you like for us to do? Tell us why here

I apologize for not addressing this situation sooner, there was a little confusion on my part as to the mention of the three service calls.  Your first service call 1/4/17 was addressing a warranty situation on the Carrier Furnace 59SC5a, this has been a random problem with this furnace...

model that Carrier is addressing, normally it occurs on units much sooner than the over 2 years of installation date, as you know you were not charged for that service call.  the second service call was for a no heat; when the technician arrived he found the unit running on arrival there were not codes to indicate what had made the furnace stop working; after going through the system he replaced the pressure switch which can get stuck. We did not hear back from after that for any other additional problems with the furnace, so we had assumed that your unit was running properly.   It is standard in the HVAC industry to provide a 1 year labor warranty on all equipment installed since your installation was from 2014 that warranty had expired.  We will credit your service bill from Feburary 2017, for the labor that was charged.Again I apologize for the late notice in getting back to this complaint and also for the problems that you have had with your furnace.  It remains our goal to ensure our customers receive the best service that we can provide.

Each time someone came out they were informed of this continuing problem. After 4 attempts to correct the issue a different company came to the residence and did fix the problem with good results.
