Ordered an item from this merchant. They charged my credit card and marked the item as shipped but refused to provide tracking information, regardless of over a dozen communications with the merchant.My credit card has been charged, my gift cards from Amazon.com have been deducted, and my item has not arrived. It is now 5 days past their maximum delivery timeframe and they will not provide tracking info. I can only assume my order was never shipped.
