D P Tire

I had all 4 tires replaced on my car on September 1st. On September 11th a new tire was completely flat & the manager was a [redacted].
I purchased 4 Kelly Explorer tires that had a 45,000 mile warranty on 9/1/12 paying 397.56 having given them a 10% off on labor. On 9/11/12 a tire went completely flat. On 9/12/12 I brought the tire in the trunk with a doughnut tire on my car. [redacted], the manager was rude & even though there were different opinions by Mr. [redacted] & another man in a red shirt about what happened to the tire ranged from the tire pinched with the rim, to hitting something (which I never felt & would have), to glass in the road slicing the tire (up by the rim), to hitting a pot hole to hitting a curb. I tried to explain to him that what happened shouldn't have with a new tire & that I have used them for a long time. He said he didn't have roadside damage coverage on any of the tires they have & then charged me $86 for a new tire to replace the other tire that had less than 386 miles on it, according to the invoices. He was rude, he didn't care about public relations or customer service & admitted to the second out loud. I shouldn't of had any problems with 10 day old tires with that amount of miles on it. He looked at me like a woman that didn't know anything & wouldn't budge on anything to make me want keep using them for my tires, which I have for years. He was a complete [redacted] to me then when new people pulled up he told me to have a nice day with a smile. I feel like I got screwed. My dad pays about $100 more for 4 better tires with road side hazard coverage. I got ripped off, according to my dad & I think it's because I'm a woman & he has a condescending issue if you disagree with him, even politely, which is how I started out & he didn't mind at all that I was upset & wouldn't give me a way to get a hold of his boss except for the business number & said something like "good luck catching him here."
