Apartments in Very Bad condition and Poorly Maintained,Not Fulfill the Contract or Contract Cancellation.
From the first day that I moved into the apartment I had problems, the unit was not quite capable when I got it and the admin promised me solved in a few days, in fact there are still problems that were not resolved and were popping new all the months.The worst of all problems is moisture that collects because the upstairs unit has piping problems, and all the water falling on my unit, and the wood structure is getting wet and without moisture, fungus came up in one of the living walls.The appliancies have several problems, they were never new, and they are in poor condition usually thestove loose gas, the fridge makes a very annoying noise and air conditioning unit works when he feels like, I have claimed several times, and just a few were heard, although partially repaired,like the living room wall but the bathroom tiles and wall are broken and humidity is worse everyday.When I make a claim, they send to fix a problem, not end to repair, to demonstrate that they are wanting to do something, but that does not work.I need move outfrom here to not get sick and the administration refuses to cancel the contract.I have pictures and videos as a proof.
