Good afternoonThe vehicle was brought to my shop for repair, transmission problems, in NovemberMoney not given for repair till JanuaryRepair made, in January, but car not picked up until FebruaryCustomer
returned car in AprilIssue was not transmission but electrical problem. Informed customer that dealer must fully diagnose and fix that problem; it has nothing to do with the transmissionCustomer upset and to avoid further complaint I refunded $of repair fee ($1500) of the transmissionCustomer didn't pick up vehicle until JuneI feel that I have been more than generous in this matter
